Menu may include salty-sweet Thai noodle salad with cucumbers, scallions, peanut butter, gingerroot, lime, and mint; Greek salad with chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, black olives, feta, and oregano; Indian chickpea salad with red onion, tamarind, mint, and fresh coriander; Bulgarian watermelon salad with feta, red onion, and mint; Singaporean mixed fruit and vegetable salad with cucumber, mango, pineapple, and chili-tamarind dressing; and Algerian fruit medley with melon, apricots, peaches, mint, cinnamon, toasted almonds, and orange blossom water.
