Walk for Life is a highly effective program designed by Ruthy Alon, a leader in the Feldenkrais Method, to improve comfort and efficiency in walking. Walking can one of life's most rewarding pleasures and involves some of our most important neurological patterns. We'll discuss walking poles, which are exremely useful for reviving the primal function of our arms and enhancing the ballistic factor of propulsion by transmitting a counter-force, leading to restored flexibility and articulation of the upper back and, ultimately, improved posture.
