Give yourself the gift of a mini-retreat focused on a whole-body approach to self-care and inspired living. Experience movement through yoga and Nia dance, meditation for stress relief, and mindful eating of food you cook yourself. Conversation will focus on the role of nutrition in your life, reducing inflammation in your diet, and creating a healthier kitchen. Prior to the program, each participant will have the opportunity for a 15-minute one-on-one health intake with health coach Jessica Li Phillips.
